Parson Agnew kept a diary of happenings in the area. Moved to Illinois with Catherine during the Civil War. Got sick September 14. 1882. Died of stomach cancer. Buried at Lebanon. Left a wife and 8 children. Was a Baptist, then a Methodist, and then a Baptist again. |
